✦ PAYMENT ✦ ⇾ Paypal only in €EUR (it will automatically convert it to your currency)⇾ If your commission is <50€, I ask complete payment before I start.⇾ If your commission is >50€, you can pay the total before I start, or half initially and half after the sketch part.⇾ If your commission(s) is >200€, we can negotiate a payment in 3 or 4 installments.----------------------------------✦ PROCESS ✦ ⇾ Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your refs, any information relevant for your character and your requirements (pose idea, ...).⇾ After acceptation of your commission, I will send you a Paypal invoice.⇾ I will work on your commission asap depending on the queue and my availability.⇾ After validation of the sketch phase, I will send you a Paypal invoice if payment is not completed in full at once and I will only work after receipt of payment.⇾ I won’t do any major adjustment after sketch ! All major changes are BEFORE rendering. (pose, clothes, ...).⇾ 3 free minors adjustments after the sketch phase. Then, it counts as an extra.⇾ I'll send you some WIPs⇾ I'll send you the full HD in 300dpi (size may be random sometimes, but if you need a special size let me know BEFORE I begin drawing!)⇾ I can't guarantee you a deadline. I need time and I don't rush. If I need more time (more than 1 month) I’ll let you know don’t worry.⇾ I may refuse your order if I feel I can't do it.----------------------------------✦ TERMS OF USE ✦ Personal use onlyYou have the right to :⇾ Use your illustration on your networks, social medias and forums (avatar, signature...)
⇾ Distribute your illustration for free around you (on your networks, social media etc...) by crediting me.
⇾ Print your illustration within the limits of personal use (hang it at home, use it to decorate your stuff, share wih your friends...)You are not allowed to :
⇾ Sell the digital format of the illustration.
⇾ Use it as NFuckT
⇾ Delete my signature
⇾ Sell prints of the illustration (prints for selling, goodies, redbubble, spreadshirt ... any type of object customization)
⇾ Modify your illustration (this is my job, please contact me if you want a modification)
⇾ Distribute the illustration without crediting me, or pretending that it is yours.My rights :
⇾ Publish the WIPs and the illustration on my networks, social medias and my portfolio
⇾ The intellectual property is mine on each illustration, I do not give it away.Keep in mind that you are paying for a service, not the rights.
For commercial use we will have to negotiate a different fee and a contract.----------------------------------✦ REFUND ✦ Art being a luxury, I assume that you come to me in full awareness of your expenditure.
However, the vagaries of life mean that sometimes you can't do otherwise.If you lose your patience after a long delay or if you find yourself in a difficult financial situation, we can work something out.I will pay you back:
- 60% if you pay me right after the sketch phase, without me having started the lineart.
- 50% if I have started the lineart (inking).
- 30% if I've started colouring.I won't refund after this last level because the illustration will be considered finished.Making a commission requires many hours of work that will be dedicated to you.
If I want to make a living out of it, I can't afford too much of a loss gap considering that, like any citizen, I have bills to pay and as a freelancer I also have the contributions.Thank you for your understanding ♥

Why don’t you accept USD ?

For French legal administrative billing reasons, I CAN NOT invoice in a currency other than the EUR. But with Paypal, the conversion is automatic, you can pay in EUR and it will be automatically converted into your currency.
If you need to know a conversion in your currency, please use Google.

Even if I love drawing, I can’t or don't want to draw everything. Even if I try to practise, there’s some themes I’m not able to or just DON'T WANT to do. So please, read the I do/ I don't.And I want to make it clear : I have nothing against the things I don't do.
